Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Return and Refund Policy:

Returns: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any unused and unopened product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. Please include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The amount refunded will exclude any shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges: If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the product at no additional cost to you. If you need to exchange a product for a different size or model, please contact us to discuss the details.

Non-Returnable Items: Some items, such as used or opened filters, custom cut filters, are non-returnable. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a return.

Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our mistake.

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation: You can request to cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it and before the order has been shipped out. Please contact us as soon as possible at customer support email contact@biodefensor.com to request the cancellation. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Cancellations After Processing: If your order has already been processed and shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you can follow our return and refund policy to return the items after receiving them.

Out-of-Stock Items: In rare cases, an item you ordered might be out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss how you would like to proceed. We might offer you a similar item, backorder the product, or provide a full refund.
